We are fortunate to have the most beautiful natural gym just outside our door, but if you want to awaken your muscles and energy before breakfast or make use of your children’s naptime for a training session, our fully equipped indoor gym is for you. For those wishing to improve their technique or face new challenges with an expert trainer, Noemi Glarey, a former national Nordic skiing athlete, will accompany you with targeted cardio exercises or specific programmes.
